Food Inspiration

Over the last few years, I have spent quite a lot of time creating various, colourful, plant-based meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner or when I just felt like eating something. On this page, I would like to share some of these creations with you all to see that eating healthily is not a big challenge and to inspire everyone to prepare lots of healthy meals. My aim is to bring the notions of 'minimalism' and 'simplicity' into practice in order to reduce your time spent in the kitchen and to ease your life in general.
